Loss-making Deliveroo prepares for a £7bn float
Deliveroo has revealed that it remained in the red last year despite a food delivery boom during lockdown as it seeks a valuation of as much as £7 billion in a highly anticipated float.
It reported its latest financial results yesterday alongside confirmation of its formal intention to list on the London Stock Exchange, indicating a likely debut for trading in its shares in a month’s time.
